Beans & Cereals
Beans are widely grown for consumption in Uganda, with little use of costly inputs and on a subsistence
level. Beans are a cheaper source of protein, making it highly important in the dietary regimes of most
households. As a legume, it also contributes to improving and sustaining soil fertility through
atmospheric nitrogen fixation.
The bean sector is of significant importance in Uganda and has
tremendous potential to contribute to the achievement of the sustainable development goals (SDGs) in
food security, nutrition, health, and poverty reduction among households.

market opportunity to local farmers produce. We buy beans from local farmers and sorts them for
export international market to Kenya, Rwanda and DRC. We mainly specialize in two types; Yellow and
Nambale beans from local farmers.

Fish Farming
Agriculture continues to be the most important sector of Uganda's economy contributing 43 percent of
Gross Domestic product (GDP) and employing about 86 percent of the population. Soils are generally
fertile and the country has a climate favorable to both crops and livestock production.
Uganda produces
up to 15,000 tons of fish from aquaculture, including production from small-scale fish farmers, emerging
commercial fish farmers and stocked community water reservoirs and minor lakes.
Triple ‘A’ Agro-producers Limited fish farming targets both local and international market especially
Democratic Republic of Congo. The future plan is to construct a hatchery and support other farmers in
Uganda.

Cattle beef fattening involves the feeding of beef cattle with a balanced, high-energy diet for a period of
time under confinement to increase live weights and improve degree of finish and thus obtain better
grades for buyers. Beef fattening enables the cattle to express fully their genetic potential for growth.
To
build a successful, sustainable cattle fattening business, sufficient knowledge is required on how to
efficiently do it i.e cattle fattening techniques, good management skills, and a good business plan of

Apparently, Triple ‘A’ Agro producers Limited deals in bull fattening and goat rearing for meat
production. All our clients physically purchase from the farm but Triple ‘A’ plans to start transporting
cattle & goats to Mpondwe boarder to tap market from Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
